HOW TO MOVE
 There are two underground stations very near ( underground Line A , stops: Barberini and Spagna ).
There are many bus lines too, which link up with the rest of the city: Lines 52-53-63-80-95-116-116T-119.The bus stops are about 20 mt. from the main door entrance.
Taxis parking is 100 mt. from it.
If you arrive by your own car, you can park in the near "Ludovisi" and "Borghese" paying parking areas.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once booking has made, we use to accept a cancellation with no penalty within 30 days. 

From day 30° to day 20° before arrival day, we charge the rate of 1 night. 

From day 19° to day 10° we charge 50% of total amount due for your vacation. 

From day 9° to day 5° we charge 85% of  total amount due for your vacation. 

100% penalty for a cancellation communicated after day 4° before arrival day. 

In case of no show, if you have preferred a bank transfer to book a Suite, you'll be charged for 70% instead of 100%.
